Ms. Erica Courtenay-Mann serves as the inaugural Parliamentarian for the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. - North Houston. She stands out for her extensive experience and unwavering dedication to service. With a distinguished 33-year career in Financial Services, she brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to every role she undertakes. Her current positions include serving as President of the Barbara Jordan Unit of Parliamentarians and as the incoming President of the National Charity League, Inc. - Post Oak Chapter. Her leadership extends to her seven-year tenure as a Girl Scout Troop Leader and her former role as Community Leadership Team (CLT) member for the Tall Pines Hill Girl Scout Community for three years.
An active member of the Lambda Omega Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., she exemplifies the sorority's commitment to sisterhood, scholarship, and service. Her philanthropic spirit is further demonstrated by her involvement in the Nominating Committee for the Texas State Association of Parliamentarians, where she plays a crucial role in shaping the future leadership of the organization.
